Leader Mail, and Leader Voice Mail and are trademarks and registered trademarks of Leader
Technologies® Incorporated. All other marks are the properties of their respective owners (see Credits).
User Responsibility.
The user assumes all responsibility for use of a Leader2Leader® a.k.a. Digital Leaderboard® web site.
The user waives all claims against Digital Leaderboard® a.k.a Leader2Leader® and/or Leader Technologies®,
its owners, officers, directors, managers, employees, consultants, suppliers and any and any other supplier
of third party services that may arise from the use of the Digital Leaderboard® a.k.a Leader2Leader® web site.
This includes the sole responsibility of the user to comply with various federal and state laws, including but
not limited to the United States Economic Espionage Act of 1996, the United States Trade Secrets Act, various
state trade secrets acts, the United States Export Administration Regulations, the United States Department of
Homeland Security Directives, including MD11042, and the USA Patriot Act of 2001.
Accuracy of Information.
While all reasonable attempts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information, neither Digital
Leaderboard® a.k.a Leader2Leader®, Leader Technologies®, nor its information contributors can be held
responsible by the user for the accuracy of the information found in the Digital Leaderboard® a.k.a
Leader2Leader® web site. Leader2Leader® a.k.a. Digital Leaderboard® and Leader Technologies® make no
expressed or implied warranty as to the accuracy or merchantability of service, content or programming.
Customer Testimonials & Privacy.
The Digital Leaderboard® a.k.a Leader2Leader® site may contain customer testimonials, some of which
are actual while others are composites. Certain customers have requested that their actual names not
be used. In those cases and in cases of composite testimonials, fictitious names have been used to
honor customer requests for privacy, however, the information conveyed in the testimonials is materially

Safe Harbor Principles.
Digital Leaderboard® a.k.a Leader2Leader® generally subscribes to the "safe harbor" privacy framework
that the United States Department of Commerce has negotiated with the European Commission. The safe
harbor privacy framework includes the final documents issued by the United States and published in
the Federal Register on July 24, 2000 and September 19, 2000, and by the European Commission on July 28, 2000.
Those documents can be reviewed at export.gov. While Digital Leaderboard® a.k.a Leader2Leader® does not
maintain the annual voluntary certification offered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, we nevertheless
strive to comply with the seven privacy principles set forth in the safe harbor framework, which are:
(1) Notice - Individuals must be informed that their data is being collected and about how it will be used;
(2) Choice - Individuals must have the ability to opt out of the collection and forward transfer of the
data to third parties; (3) Onward Transfer - Transfers of data to third parties may only occur to other
organizations that follow adequate data protection principles; (4) Security - Reasonable efforts must be
made to prevent loss of collected information; (5) Data Integrity - Data must be relevant and reliable
for the purpose it was collected for; (6) Access - Individuals must be able to access information held
about them, and correct or delete it if it is inaccurate; and (7) Enforcement - There must be effective
means of enforcing these rules. These seven principles are provided in this paragraph for convenience
only and are not intended to superseded the terms of the

which shall govern the entire relationship between Digital Leaderboard® a.k.a Leader2Leader® and its customers.
