How it works

Step 1
Order your doors or flooring to our designated item collection points.

Step 2
We will send you an SMS text when your order is ready to collect.

Step 3
Orders placed before 11am will be ready to collect in 2 working days between 9am to 3pm.

Step 4
Your collection point will depend on your products, read below for more information.

Step 5
Make sure you bring proof of purchase, ID and sign a collection note on arrival before taking goods away.

How much does the service cost?
This is a free service available to all of our customers.
When will my goods be ready for collection?
Collections will be available in 2 business days between 9:00am to 3:00pm. We will send an SMS message when your order is ready to collect, with a reminder of your designated collection address.
Please do not try to collect your order before we've arranged it with yourself as your products may not be available.
Once we have notified you that your order is ready to collect, it will be held for 7 days and after this time will be returned to stock and your order cancelled.

You can collect your doors from the following 4 available collection points;

Is click and collect always available?
Yes, Monday-Friday aside from public holidays such as Bank Holidays and Christmas.
Collections windows are 9:00am to 3:00pm.
