If you decide on a primed door, do not paint over the hinges, as this could compromise the door’s performance and safety.
• Unfinished - As the name suggests, this type of door needs to be sanded, painted, varnished, and stained completely from scratch. It’s ideal if you want complete creative control from the beginning and are comfortable with doing all of the above yourself.

Are Made to Measure doors returnable?

No, our Made to Measure doors cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

In instances where goods are faulty or damaged, we will take full responsibility for a return to us.

We ask that all problems be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and that you report any damages or faults via email with relevant imagery and your order reference number. This will allow us to quickly resolve any issues and arrange for a potential replacement or refund at the earliest opportunity.
