The top five complaint hotspots are all in the region, with South Ribble and Wyre also appearing near the top.
Wales’ position as the highest-ranking region is seen further down the local authority list, with Flintshire and Conwy both appearing in the top 10. Flintshire recorded 398 complaints per 100,000 people, while Conwy recorded 397.
The Isles of Scilly recorded the fewest actual complaints, with just two since 2022, although this should be read in the context of its much smaller population.
