However the reason I've only gave 4 stars is because of the delivery charge your company charges. £29. 99 for 1 door to be delivered to Gateshead is really expensive. Then I was going to add a handle to my order and it charged me £10 for delivery to put it on the same van. But the reason I chose your company was because my builder had used you previously and said he liked your doors compared to other companies. I want to change all of my doors in my house to the same one, but I'll be looking elsewhere if I'm going to be charged £29. 99 for every door you put on a van to bring to the same address."
