"I am satisfied with this product and its quality, but I paid for home delivery, and when the courier arrived he said that we do not deliver the goods to the first floor. We can only leave the goods in the ground floor corridor, which is a common area. He also added that he did not know why the company claims that "In doors" when we do not do this. At 9am I had to look for someone who could help me bring 5 packages to my apartment. That's why I'm disappointed."
